This website is operated by Duru Bez Çanta San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Duru Canta"). All products and services offered through the site are subject to these terms of use.

• Our site can be used by individuals over 18 years of age or authorized institutional representatives
• You are responsible for ensuring that your user information is accurate and up to date
• Your account security is entirely your responsibility
• The Company reserves the right to change the terms of use without prior notice

As Duru Canta, we produce and sell eco-friendly cloth bags:

• Product Information: Product descriptions, images and prices on the website are for informational purposes
• Pricing: Prices may be changed without prior notice
• Stock Status: Our product stocks are variable, order confirmation is made after stock control
• Custom Production: Minimum order quantities apply for logo-printed and custom-designed products
• Samples: Sample requests can be made before ordering for some products

The following steps are followed when placing an order:

• Quote Request: The quote form is filled out after product selection
• Price Approval: Price and delivery information is provided by customer service
• Order Confirmation: Official order is created after price approval
• Payment: Order amount is paid using the agreed payment method
• Production/Preparation: Product enters production/preparation process after payment
• Delivery: Shipped by cargo within the specified period

Important: Cancellation or modification is not possible after order confirmation for custom production and logo-printed products.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank Transfer/EFT: Order amount is deposited to our bank account
• Credit Card: Online payment with secure payment infrastructure
• Check/Promissory Note: Installment options for corporate customers
• Current Account: Special payment plans for our regular business partners

All payments are made in Turkish Lira (TRY). Invoices are issued after payment is received and sent by email.

Delivery conditions:

• Delivery Time: Standard products 3-5 business days, custom production 7-15 business days
• Shipping Fee: Free shipping on orders of 1,000 TL and above
• Shipping Company: Shipping with contracted cargo companies
• Delivery Address: Delivered to the address specified during order
• Cargo Tracking: Cargo tracking number is sent via SMS and email

Return and exchange conditions:

• Standard Products: Right of return within 14 days from product delivery
• Custom Production: Returns are not accepted for logo-printed and custom-designed products
• Damaged Product: Notification must be made within 48 hours in case of shipping damage
• Defective Product: Replaced with a new one if a production defect is detected
• Return Process: Product is returned by cargo after the return request is approved

Important: Returns are not accepted for products with opened packaging, used or damaged products.

All content, design, logo, text, images and other materials on our website belong to Duru Canta and are protected by copyright:

• Site content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission
• Written permission is required for commercial use
• Product images may only be used for reference purposes
• Logos and brand names are registered and may not be used without permission

Duru Canta is not responsible for the following:

• Incorrect logo or design files provided by the customer
• Delays caused by third-party shipping companies
• Force majeure events (natural disaster, war, pandemic, etc.)
• Technical disruptions or interruptions on the website
• Content of links to third-party websites

In disputes arising from these terms of use:

• Mutual negotiation for resolution is sought first
• Istanbul (Zeytinburnu) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized
• Laws of the Republic of Turkey apply
• Application can be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee within the framework of consumer rights

The following actions are prohibited when using our website:

• Sharing illegal, harmful, threatening, harassing content
• Violating others' intellectual property rights
• Sending viruses, trojan horses or malicious code
• Performing actions that jeopardize site security
• Collecting data using automated systems (bots, crawlers)
• Creating fake accounts or performing transactions on behalf of others
