The minimum order quantity varies by product. For cotton bags, the general minimum is 100 pieces, and for custom-made bags, the minimum is 50 pieces. Please contact our sales representative for detailed information.

Delivery time for in-stock products is 3-5 business days. For custom production and logo-printed bags, delivery takes 7-15 business days. We also offer express production for urgent orders.

Shipping is free for orders of 1000 TL and above. For orders below 1000 TL, the shipping fee is calculated based on your region. For bulk orders, you can benefit from our special shipping agreements.

Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, CDR) are preferred for logo printing. High-resolution PNG and JPG formats are also accepted. If you need design support, our graphic design team can assist you.

Screen printing, digital printing, transfer printing and embroidery can be applied to cotton bags. The most suitable printing technique is recommended based on the bag type and order quantity.

Yes, you can request a sample product before placing a bulk order. Sample bags are charged, but if you proceed with the order, the sample fee is deducted from the total amount.

We accept bank transfer/EFT, credit cards, and deferred payment options for corporate customers. Special payment plans can be arranged for wholesale orders.

After your order is confirmed, an e-invoice or e-archive invoice is issued. For corporate customers, transactions can be processed with a VAT exemption certificate.

For unprinted stock products, you have the right to return within 14 days of delivery. Defective or damaged bags are replaced immediately. Returns are not accepted for custom-made bags with logo printing.

Yes, unit prices decrease as order quantity increases. Orders of 500+ pieces receive up to 10% discount, 1000+ pieces up to 15%, and 5000+ pieces up to 20% discount. We also offer special pricing for corporate customers.
