Every step in the process until your order is delivered is carefully planned and executed.
Fabric Selection & Procurement
Raw cotton, canvas, gabardine and nonwoven fabrics are carefully selected from tightly woven, wear-resistant materials that have passed weight tests.
Cutting & Pattern
Fabrics are cut with millimetric precision using our laser cutting and CNC technologies. Custom patterns are prepared for each model.
Sewing & Assembly
Production is carried out on industrial sewing machines by our experienced craftsmen. Carrying handles are secured with extra-reinforced sewing techniques.
Printing & Logo Application
Your brand's logo is applied in an integrated manner with the fabric using UV digital, screen printing, transfer and laser printing methods.
Quality Control
Every product undergoes 100% quality control. Sewing quality, print clarity and overall appearance are inspected in detail.
Packaging & Shipping
